About Us

The Kromer’s: Shane, Kyimeny (Kricket), Evelyn, Eleanor, & Estella

Shane: Shane is the mastermind behind our service. He’s began working in the well industry as a young lad alongside his father. Growing into a young adult he began working for a well company himself. He’s been serving wells/drilling them since he was just 7 years old. He has a degree in mechanics as well, and grew up on a hobby farm. In addition, he is fully licensed in the State of WI. All of these skills combined make him an outstanding service master!!

Kyimeny: also known as Kricket, is the genius behind the scenes. During the day light hours She runs all behind the scenes aspects of the business. By nightfall she is a fitness junky in the making. She is currently working to publish her very own cookbook. Additionally, She has backgrounds in powersports mechanics, management, and manufacturing. She brings a wide variety of skills to the business. Although she’s stuck in full mom mode, she’s full of wit and wisdom and can’t wait to help you get scheduled today!

Evelyn: She’s the spokesperson of the Kromer’s. At nearly 5 years old she demands all the attention of customers and constantly charms everyone with her cuteness. But don’t be fooled, she’s the real boss lady.

Eleanor: This is the one to watch for. She is the most adorable and charming kid. But, one look away and she might try to drive the service truck. While she is still in training, she is full of all the wit and wisdom. 

Estella: The newest member of Kromer’s Pump Service. She has been in “training” for just over a year, and is learning so much. She primarily focuses in sarcasm and cuteness. She is sure to give you a good laugh, and will likely try to steal her sisters spotlight. 

The Employees: 

Noah T: Noah is currently doing a full apprenticeship, and will be full time service technician once his training is complete. 

Noah is an incredibly hardworking young man. He helps many local farmers in the evenings and on weekends. He also plays a large role in daily operations at his family farm. Noah is a volunteer firefighter, involved in FFH/4H, and is a strong asset to the community. He has a drive for learning and is very well-mannered. We are grateful to have him!
